As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new clients are smoothly transitioned onto the HubSpot platform, providing them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to successfully utilize the platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients, guiding them through the initial setup, feature introduction, and best practices of HubSpot to ensure a solid foundation for their success.
  • Develop and execute tailored training plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each client, facilitating workshops and training sessions as required.
  • Provide ongoing support to new clients during their early stages of using HubSpot, addressing any queries and ensuring they are leveraging the platform effectively.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-onboarding to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and training materials.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive guides, tutorials, and other educational resources to assist clients in navigating the HubSpot platform.

Experience and qualifications

The right candidate will have the following attributes:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, training, or a similar role within the software, digital marketing, or CRM industries. Prior experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of HubSpot’s platform and its applications in marketing, sales, and service domains. HubSpot certifications are a major plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor the onboarding and training process accordingly.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
