Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team as a key liaison between our clients and our HubSpot partnership. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are fully leveraging the HubSpot platform to achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, an in-depth understanding of HubSpot’s suite of products, and a proven track record of driving customer success and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing client relationships through high levels of service and communication.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align HubSpot’s tools and services with their strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for customizing HubSpot solutions to meet client-specific needs, collaborating with technical teams to implement these solutions.
- Provide clients with ongoing training and support on the HubSpot platform, ensuring they are maximizing its features and capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services that will enhance the client’s HubSpot experience and contribute to their success.
- Implement strategies to retain clients and manage the renewal process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience and qualifications
The right candidate will have the following attributes:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably within the software, digital marketing, or CRM industries. Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot’s platform and its applications across marketing, sales, and customer service. HubSpot certifications are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive client success.
- Skilled at identifying and resolving issues, with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
